Since Remy was around 7 months old, he has LOVED birds. Most mornings he wakes up and watches them out the window, and every time we go on a walk he points at every bird he can find.
Cameron and I have had 3 birdhouses from MacKenzie Childs since we lived in our old house, and they gave me the idea to start our own birdhouse village for Remy. They are beautifully hand-painted in bright colors and bold patterns. I knew they would make the perfect collection to start for our bird-loving buddy!
I’ve had the chance to visit the brand’s headquarters in Aurora, NY a few times and I have such an appreciation for the detail and craftsmanship that goes into each item. You can read more about my trips here and here.
We also love their gardening supplies like the watering cans, Flower Market rain boots and gardening tools. This darling oasis has quickly become one of Remy’s favorite spots and I look forward to the sweet memories we will make together as or collection (and Remy!) continue to grow.
