Just had to share our recent adventure in Wyoming – we visited Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, and let me tell you, it was amazing! I think Cam and I were made for the mountains and ranch life! If you’re thinking of heading there, fall is the perfect time – think mid-September to early November. Mornings are crisp, but afternoons are warm and sunny.

I packed sweaters and light jackets which was just enough to keep me cozy but not too bundled up. I love the Bandana print Duster from Anthropologie and my yellow Quilted Jacket from Free People. The go-to sweater I wear every year is my cream-colored chunky sweater from Anthropologie. It’s so cozy and not itchy at all. We practically lived outdoors, so I recommend bringing some comfy boots and jeans. Love these medium-to-lite wash jeans from Revolve. Maxi dresses are also great options for those easy indoor moments or dinners. A couple of my favorites are Free People’s floral dresses and Premonition Goods Embellished dresses.

Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anywhere in Wyoming in the fall. Last year, we visited Jackson Hole around the same time, and the weather played its part perfectly. And if you need western-inspired outfits to wear to the mountains or at a ranch for your upcoming trip, check out everything I wore below.
