Now that we’re all spending more time at home, I thought it would be the perfect time to share more of #PremoHome with you guys! We moved in about 6 months ago and are using this time to finish up projects, complete rooms we’ve started and work on the nursery.

Our first project to check off the list was our family room! We recently got a new sectional sofa from Article and absolutely LOVE it. It’s structured, low-profile and comfortable. With two dogs who love their couch time (and a baby on the way), a more structured look was very important to us. With our open floor plan, you see the couch as soon as you walk in the door. We wanted something that looks put together even when they’ve been jumping all over it. My favorite part is how deep the seats are which make it perfect for lounging or watching movies.

Article’s delivery process was seamless and I was surprised how quickly we received our sofa. Cameron was able to easily assemble the pieces in about 20 minutes. It is an awesome size for a larger room and really completes our family room. All of the pieces are modular and can be configured in various ways.

Our house is brand new but we love to add in character and texture to make it feel more lived-in and cozy. We added reclaimed wood, a tapestry, various throw pillows and a vintage rug. I also love the texture the leather ottoman adds. It’s the perfect height for a footrest to accompany the sofa and also makes a great coffee table if you simply add a small tray.
