Cameron and I had a much-needed date night at Butcher & Bee last weekend. We were so impressed with everything from the service to the menu that features a diverse selection of locally sourced mezze, vegetables and proteins, beer, wine and cocktails. Some of our favorite dishes were the whipped feta + honey, the avocado crunchy rice and the grilled pork chop with bacon caramel. YUM. Everything we ate was so fresh and all of the plates featured bold flavor combinations. We will definitely be back! The restaurant is located in East Nashville, one of the city’s most-desired areas to live and play. It has a low-key, eclectic vibe and a neighborly personality. We don’t spend as much time in the area as we’d like, but we have such a great time whenever we do.

Now on to my outfit. Your girl loves a good band tee, and almost all of mine come from Starstruck Vintage here in Nashville. They make the best vintage distressed t-shirts and even take custom orders. I paired this vintage distressed Blondie tee with this studded navy jacket. I recently scored this jacket from my friend Sarah’s closet sale. Sadly it’s a custom design and not available online, but good news! I found a similar studded blazer here. You can easily accomplish this same edgy look and it’s very reasonably priced.

I pulled the whole look together with this yellow clutch from ABLE, another favorite local company. I love to add a fun pop of color, and this functional statement piece is sure to take your outfits to the next level. It also comes in a beautiful maroon suede fabric that I’ll definitely be adding to my Christmas list! Not only do I adore their handbags and accessories, but I especially love this brand because of what they stand for. ABLE is focused on ending generational poverty by working with women who have often overcome extraordinary circumstances. It’s truly a brand you can feel good about supporting.

I’ve linked all my outfit details (including a similar blazer to this custom one) and makeup products used for this look below. Thanks for reading and following along!
