Baby Girl’s Nursery Reveal
This little room has quickly become the most magical space in our home. From the very beginning, I dreamed of creating my baby girl’s nursery – a space that blends classic charm with modern touches. By mixing new pieces with heirlooms, it’s the perfect balance of old and new. From the nursery design to the decor, every detail was carefully thought out to create a timeless space. Now that it’s complete, I can honestly say it turned out even better than I imagined!
The Inspo
Before the nursery ever came to life, I started building a mood board filled with pieces that inspired the overall feel I wanted for the space. One of my absolute go-to’s was Anthropologie – they have the most beautiful accent pieces that instantly elevate a room without overpowering it. Everything felt sweet, feminine, and just the right amount of whimsical.
I curated a little roundup of my favorite Anthro finds that helped shape the vibe of the nursery. Whether you’re designing a full room or just looking for a few special touches, these picks will add so much charm to your space.

The Design
Working with Sabbe Interior Design was such a special experience. Every step of the process felt intentional, thoughtful, and completely in tune with the vision I had in my heart. We chose a soft, romantic palette with blush, ivory, and warm gold accents.
The Details
The chandelier from Arhaus adds just the right amount of elegance and charm. It instantly makes the room feel intentional and special.
The custom drapery, crib skirt, and canopy by Camille Moore Custom Made bring the whole space to life. The flow and softness they create make the room feel like a storybook.
The fabrics from Schumacher were a dream to work with. Every detail adds another layer of beauty to the space.
My Dream FB Marketplace Find
One of our favorite pieces in the nursery -this vintage armoire I found on Facebook Marketplace! It adds the perfect touch of charm and character.
HOW WE MADE IT FUNCTIONAL
As much as I wanted the nursery to feel soft and serene, it also needed to work. Babies come with so many tiny essentials, and I wanted to make sure everything had a home-and that it stayed beautiful behind the drawers.
We used organizers in every drawer to make things easy to find and even easier to put away. The top dresser drawers are divided for daily must-haves: diapers, wipes, creams. Another is filled with neatly folded baby clothes, organized by size and type. Amazon had the best organizer essentials:
We added soft, sectioned bins to keep socks, mittens, pacifiers, and other little things from getting lost. It’s been a game-changer having everything so accessible but still tidy. I also kept one drawer for backup supplies -extras of everything we use daily so I’m never caught off guard during a late-night change. The goal was to create a space that felt calm on the outside but was quietly doing a lot behind the scenes. Every drawer opens to a little system that helps make everyday moments just a bit smoother.
Although I wish I could say I did all of this myself, I did not! Opal Organization worked her magic and made this room organized and functional. Forever grateful for the gift of efficiency!
The Result
This nursery was truly a labor of love, and the result is a space that feels calm, elevated, and so full of love. This is the vintage nursery of my dreams.I’m so thankful for the creatives and makers who helped me bring it all to life. It’s a space I hope she’ll always feel safe in, surrounded by softness, beauty, and so much love.
Now all that’s missing… is her. 🎀
