We are just about two weeks away from our due date, and we decided to give our bedding a little refresh with The Company Store. We’re going to be spending lots of time with baby in this room and wanted it to feel like a cozy oasis.
Their Prentiss Geo duvet and shams add a perfect pop of color to the room. I love how the print subtly ties in the wall color. It’s a great muted pattern option if you want something neutral, but with a little more detail than a plain duvet. The cotton sateen fabric has a soft, silky finish but feels lightweight and cool for summer months.
We are super happy with all of our new bedding, but if I could recommend one product it would have to be their RDS Certified Down Pillows! Cameron and I have both tried out a million pillows over the last few years, and I can honestly say these are my favorite. The King size feels like a luxurious hotel pillow. It has great support and the firm density is still soft and comfortable. I also love that they’re hypoallergenic and the down feathers are responsibly sourced.
I’ve also had my eye on their Washed Linen Collection for a while, but they were out of stock in the King sizes we needed. Be sure to check out their collection if you’ve been looking for a linen set! Maybe we will try some of those for our guest room upstairs. I love the relaxed, lived-in look that linen gives a bedroom.
The Company Store is currently hosting a Blanket Fort Challenge + Giveaway on Instagram. As we built our fort we kept talking about how excited we are to build forts with our little man! Cam loves building them (of course) and he’s so excited to have a buddy help him in the future. Fun fact, when I was away at college he would build them all the time in his old place for date nights when I came home to visit. For every entry they’re also donating $10 to families battling pediatric cancer with @RMHNewYork.
