Hi mamas! If you would have told me I would be nursing a 21-month-old, I wouldn’t have believed you. However, my breastfeeding journey with Remy has been one of the most cherished times of my life.
I love the moments we get just the two of us. It is a welcomed break in my day to recenter and realize what is most important.
I’m very proud of how far we’ve come and wouldn’t trade these days for anything.
I’ve gotten a lot of requests on Instagram to share nursing-friendly outfits, so here’s a round-up of my favorite items and styles to wear them.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think most outfits are nursing-friendly! I have always been adamant about staying true to my styles, while not letting “mom” become my entire identity. Being a mom looks different to everyone and I think staying true to yourself is so important as you navigate this amazing, yet challenging new phase of life.
My nighttime uniform consists of these BDG bras (not supportive, perfect for lounge and sleep) and comfy lounge shorts. My favorite nursing bras that give the best support are the Soma Enbliss. I also love the Target Wirefree Nursing Bra too!
