I have to admit, I’m guilty of repeatedly wearing clothing items the same way. If I like how a top looks with a certain pair of jeans, you better believe I will wear it over and over again. This is why I’m so excited to introduce you to a new series that Brooke Webb of KBStyled and I have been working on together: #HunterBrookeStyled. Each month, we’ll be showing you guys how to style the same item in your 20’s and 30’s. (Yes, believe it or not, Brooke is in her 30’s!)

It’s so easy to get stuck in our ways with fashion and our goal is to inspire you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new!

Brooke truly has an eye for feminine fashion and statement pieces. She is the queen of bold and colorful accessories. She is an incredible blogger and businesswoman, mom of two, a great friend and a huge inspiration to me. This month, we met up for lunch at The Mockingbird. Located in the Gulch, The Mockingbird is a modern diner serving up global fare and delicious fun. I fell in love with the interior… from the draping greenery to the colorful booths and sleek gold accents. It’s the perfect spot for lunch or cocktails with friends. I also can’t wait to try out their brunch menu!

We styled the same graphic tee in two distinct ways. I paired this Desert Vibes tee with my go-to Busted Knee Skinny Jeans. The outfit itself is really simple, but the accessories transformed it into a western-inspired look. I added a double buckle gold belt (similar here), a wool hat (similar here) and my absolute favorite new gold booties by Marc Fisher. (From now until the end of May, you can use code ‘LTD20’ for 20% off the entire site!!) I’ve already gotten so much wear out of them over these past few weeks and can’t wait to take them to Bonnaroo with me next month.

Brooke took a more feminine approach to her styling. She paired the casual graphic tee with a floral maxi dress and accessorized with a straw hat, fun white sunglasses and layered jewelry. This flowy, summery look would be perfect for a Saturday around town or even a beach vacation. I can’t wait to try out this style with some graphic tees and dresses I already have in my closet at home. I feel like women in their 30’s and older often times feel like they can’t wear certain trends. I personally believe it’s all about how you style it.

What trends/items/accessories would you like to see us style next? Leave your suggestions in the comments below and thank you for reading! Be sure to check out Brooke’s blog here and Instagram here
