It’s finally starting to warm up in Nashville, and this warmer weather has me dreaming of all the adventures Cameron and I are going on this summer. We recently spent an afternoon planning some of our upcoming trips to Charleston and Maui while soaking up the perfect temperatures at The Greenhouse Bar in Green Hills.

One of our all-time favorite lunch spots in town is The Food Company. You probably already know this if you follow me on Instagram because we are ALWAYS there. Right next door is The Greenhouse Bar. During the day, you can grab you lunch from Food Company and enjoy your meal the Greenhouse. It is a unique bar filled with plants and greenery, giving it a true greenhouse feel. They also have an adorable back patio filled with string lights. Nashville is full of hidden gems and this is just one of them. Cameron and I love to find restaurants and shops that are off the beaten path and have an authentic feel. We’ve been going there since high school and they have never strayed from their consistently good food and friendly atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy any sunny spring afternoon.

For our little lunch date last, I paired a feminine white off-the-shoulder top and flowy maxi skirt with my new Timberland Walibu Waves Sandals in black. I had always pinned Timberland as a boot company, but was pleasantly surprised to learn how many different styles and looks they have to offer. These fun and functional sandals are also PERFECT for travel. If you have any upcoming trips to Europe or somewhere you will be doing a lot of walking, I would highly recommend them for comfort! The foam soles feel as if you’re walking on clouds. I wish I had them on our trip to Italy two summers ago. 

When Cameron and I travel, our favorite way to explore a new city is to get lost walking down streets and exploring the unexpected. With all the adventures we have planned for this year, the miles ahead will be so much more enjoyable with these new sandal styles.
