I can’t believe I’m halfway through this pregnancy! Time is FLYING by and it has already been such a surreal experience. It’s wild to watch your body grow and change overnight. Dressing the bump has been a fun challenge for me and has inspired me to venture out of my normal style a bit. The typical ‘maternity’ styles are oversized and honestly just not very flattering on my body type… so I’ve made it to a point to wear things I feel GOOD in.
Below I’m sharing my pregnancy style must-haves. Most aren’t actual maternity items but are more than comfortable to wear at this stage. I hope you find some of these helpful and feel inspired to try some of the looks for yourself! I fully believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your personal style during pregnancy. Every woman should feel confident and beautiful during this special and fleeting time of life.
MATERNITY FLARES – These flares have been my most-worn jeans throughout my pregnancy. They’re super flattering and give you a great shape. They stay up much better than most other maternity denim I’ve tried. I wear size XS and cut the bottom as they were a bit long, but they’re meant to have a frayed look at the bottom.
MIDI SKIRTS – I’ve never been into midi skirts until now! VICI has a great selection of midi skirts that are affordable and comfortable. You can use HUNTER20 for 20% off. ASOS also has a good variety.
MAXI DRESSES – It’s no secret that I’m a dress girl… but pregnancy has made me love and appreciate them even more! I wore this one to our gender reveal and this one for our announcement photos. They are effortless and always comfortable.
EVERYDAY LEGGINGS – The Align style from Lululemon have been my most-worn leggings by far. For a more affordable dupe of the Aligns, I love these from Aerie. I just recently purchased the Blanqi leggings and I’m a fan of them as well! They’re very supportive in the belly.
GRAPHIC TEES – I can’t get enough of graphic tees tied over the bump with midi skirts. A few of my favorite places to buy graphics are Lucky and Free People.
OVERALLS – Don’t knock overalls until you try them! You can achieve an effortless everyday look with a simple pair of overalls. I’ve been loving these from Aerie.
RUCHED DRESSES – Dresses that are fitted in the middle are so flattering with a bump! I’ve been wearing this leopard one on repeat and just ordered this green one.
As far as actual maternity brands go, I’m a fan of ASOS Maternity, Show Me Your Mumu ‘Muternity’, Pink Blush Maternity and Hatch Collection.

So the flare maternity jeans are what brought me to this page. And you talk about them up top but don’t mention where to get them. May I ask where to find them? Lol
