The bride’s aka my bff Holland’s new last name is Paterno. I came up with the “Disco Paterno” theme for her and ran with it. It was such a fun theme to incorporate into the whole weekend! We even all dressed in the disco 70’s theme for our night in. This was my first girl’s trip in a year, and we did ask that everyone get COVID tested before coming to Nashville. Everyone’s comfort level is different, but overall the activities we did and places we visited felt safe. I’m thankful we were able to celebrate Holland and have a wonderful weekend in my hometown! Keep reading below to see my Nashville bachelorette itinerary.
We stayed in East Nashville which is a great central location for a bachelorette party. We loved our Airbnb and it comfortably fit all 10 of us. The balloon wall from Rock Paper Scissors totally made the decor! A few of our favorite activities were charcuterie at home with The Picnic Perspective, Suzy Wong’s drag brunch and walking around L&L before everyone went home on Sunday. The weekend had the perfect balance of going out and staying in.
I tried to allow for plenty of down time at home to relax and spend time with each other. Most of the girls had visited Nashville before so we did less tourist things and just focused on girl time and celebrating Holland.
My biggest tip is to make reservations as far in advance as possible! Nashville has become quite the bachelorette destination and it can be tricky to get that many people seated without planning months in advance.
