20 Minute Chicken Piccata Recipe

One of favorite dinners that Cam and I make is his version of chicken piccata. Originally inspired by my friend/cooking queen Caitlin Blalock, we have been making this recipe on repeat since she first posted it. We change it up every time we make it because some nights we want more lemon and others we want to add a little heat with crushed red pepper flakes. I love this meal so much because its filling but also feels really light and you don’t leave the table feeling like you can’t move.
