We’ve been soaking up the sweetest newborn days with our girl Frankie, and now that we’re a few weeks in and finding our rhythm, I finally had a moment to share what I actually packed (and used!) in my hospital bag. Here’s what came in handy and made those early moments a little more comfortable:
- Nursing bras – always a must
- Packing cubes – total game changer for keeping everything organized (I love the ones from Mark & Graham!)
- Toiletry bag – filled with the basics to freshen up after birth
- Manual breast pump – handy for those early days
- Night light – so helpful for middle-of-the-night feedings
- Eye mask – hospital lights are no joke
- Comfy, cute PJs – obsessed with the ones from Waverles (they even had a matching swaddle for Frankie!)
- Nursing pillow – makes a big difference
- Stanley water bottle + LMNT packets – staying hydrated while breastfeeding is key
