I’ve had two wonderful breastfeeding journeys with my boys. I’m excited to share the products I’ve loved along the way. Some being new and others my tried and true favorites. 

My #1 must-have is the Haaka Silicone Breast Pump. I’ve built up a freezer stash just by using this!

One of my biggest tips is to stay hydrated. I fill my Stanley Tumbler with the LMNT electrolytes powder. These packets contain magnesium, potassium, and other beneficial ingredients that support me while breastfeeding.

My mother-in-law taught me an easy trick for remembering which breast you last fed off. All you need is a hair tie. Alternate the hair tie to the coordinating side you last breastfed.

My everyday pump is the Medela Freestyle. This pump is comfortable, efficient, and doesn’t need to be plugged in. Then I use the hands-free Elvie Pump when I’m on the go. The silence and wearability make pumping easy no matter where I am. Additionally, I always use Bamboobies Nursing Pads whether I’m on the go or at home. 

I love the Boppy Breastfeeding Pillow and Waffle cover. Remy also loves the Boppy pillow when he holds his baby brother.

Everything from Bodily is so comfortable. I love their nursing bras! Some double as pumping bras too. I also wear Bumpsuit Nursing Bras to bed and can’t say enough about them- so smooth and cozy- I’m living in these at the moment.

The Nemah Nipple Balm is from a local company here in Nashville. It has clean ingredients which always gives me peace of mind. 

I personally don’t cover up when breastfeeding but for mothers looking for extra coverage, I recommend the Wear Amma Lightweight Nursing Cover. It’s also great for covering up while pumping on the go or keeping your little one shaded.
