Our fist Thanksgiving as husband and wife was quite the success. We spent the morning baking apple pie, hanging out at Cam's parent's house and learning to perfect dressing (*stuffing* to those of you who aren't form the south) with my sweet mother-in-law Kim. We, of course, brought Cooper and Puddles over and they had a blast playing with all the other dogs. Then both of our families came together to eat dinner and celebrate. It is so special to us that our families are so close, and we don't take it for granted! It was such a great fun night full of laughter and love. I always cherish any time we get to spend with both of our families.
I pulled together a casual last-minute Thanksgiving outfit with a few of my staples pieces for the season. This sweater has been selling out FAST, so I linked a few sites that carry it below. It's oversized enough to make it one of the comfiest sweaters you'll own, yet cropped enough to make it flattering. The billowy sleeves with the rose gold detail add an extra little pop to this adorable sweater.
I've been finding myself reaching for this Mingle Mingle Mini over and over again lately. It's the perfect size and goes with just about everything. It's perfect for everyday wear, but chic enough to take out on the town. I adore all of Kelly Wynne's designs and the quality is truly incredible. One of these bags should be at the top of your Christmas list... you'll thank me later!
These Bombshell jeans by Parker Smith have quickly become my favorite pair of high-waisted denim. They pair perfectly with cropped sweaters and tops and are SO slimming. I also can't get enough of these over the knee boots. I originally paid around $100 for them and they were worth every penny, but they're currently on sale for $75! Snag these while you can because they're my favorite OTK boots I've ever owned. They run true to size and I have them in the "charcoal" color.
